We’ve experimented with a few different techniques, like mash-hopping, and exciting products, including YCH 303 Trial x Phantasmwith a blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic Hops alongside WHC Hop Unlock yeast.
The resulting increase of thiols should contribute to big juicy, tropical notes.Pairs well with 90s rom coms.
