1. Shipping Rates:
   - We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of £6.99 for all orders delivered to mainland UK.
   - Free shipping is available for orders over £70. This will be automatically applied during checkout.

2. Delivery Times:
   - Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
   - Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 5 business days for delivery within mainland UK.
   - Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

3. Shipping Areas:
   - We currently ship to mainland UK only. If you are located outside this area and wish to place an order, please contact us directly for further assistance.

4. Order Tracking:
   - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

 

 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, please review our returns policy below.

1. Returns Approval:
   - Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us at sales@craftycans.co.uk or call us at 01772 977161 within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
   - Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.

2. Return Shipping Costs:
   - The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
   
3. Conditions for Returns:
   - Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
   - Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds:
   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
   - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   - Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or defective product).
